Automobile insurance is insurance bought for autos, trucks, and other autos. Its first use is to provide defense against losses sustained as a consequence of traffic accidents and against guilt that might be sustained in an accident. The United Kingdom regime introduced a law that needed each person who made use of an automobile on the way to have at least 3rd party injury insurance. The act specifies that some motorists either be insured, have a security, or have made a mentioned deposit with the Accountant General of the high court, against their guilt for wounds to others (including passengers) and for damage to other persons’ property caused by use of a vehicle on a public road or in other public spaces.

The lowest level of insurance cover usually available and which satisfies the obligation of the act is called 3rd party only insurance. Continue reading →
